So what is the Scorpion Fitness workout? In a nutshell, it can best be described as intense. Our philosophy is to design custom fitness programs that are specifically tailored for your individual needs and goals. Each client is unique and so is each program.

The principal components for continual progress in the gym are progressive overload and training variation. By systematically increasing poundage and intensity, we will force your body to make continual improvements in lean body mass and fat loss. We heavily emphasize the principle of training variation and periodization so that your body does not get accustomed to any specific exercise modality, thus preventing it from reaching any training plateaus.

Our focus is to work at your level and pace, first by insuring that you have meticulously mastered correct exercise technique and biomechanical form, than by gradually pushing your body to its limits so that maximum results are achieved.

We will integrate a holistic conditioning approach to your fitness. Building balance, correcting posture, training movement, improving flexibility and strengthening your core. Your body will not only look better and feel stronger, but it will also function and perform more efficiently in daily life.

When you become a Scorpion Fitness partner, short and long-term goals will be set for you. Your body composition and weight will be taken in monthly intervals by one of our fitness professionals to quantify your progress. You will be guided and motivated in every step of the process. We are not here to put you through just a workout (go to your local gym for that).
