" When I moved to NYC, I was looking for a trainer who would not just give me a regular work out, but a trainer who would understand my body type and design a program that would specifically cater to it. DRAGO 45 lbs Fat Loss 16 lbs Lean Muscle Gain in Less Than 1 Year

Drago came to me 4 years ago with the goal of losing 40 lbs and increase his muscle mass. Initially, I was unsure at what his potential might be because he was so unconditioned at the time. He met with me twice per week and I prescribed to him two additional workouts that he was to complete on his own. I had him deplete his carbohydrates Monday through Fridays permitting him to consume carbs only the weekends. I set a regimented strength training schedule and rotated movements every two weeks for variation. After a few months of training, the transformation that Drago made was incredible. He lost about 10 to 12 pounds a month. Once I got his body weight down from 240 to 200, I than focused on building up his muscle weight. Within a year Drago added 22 lbs of lean mass to his 6’5” frame. Drago was an exceptional client because he did everything that I prescribed to him and at the end achieved exceptional gains.
